Service Description

Budget friendly option. This offers you the opportunity to still be seen but for a lower cost. Since we are out of network with insurances at the moment, we will accept whatever your copay normally is + 50% ($45 minimum; $65 maximum). Appointment times will be shorter than a normal follow up and you must have completed an Initial Assessment to qualify for this option.
